At sharedlicense, we provide digital software licenses and server solutions including services like cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, and other third-party tools. Because these are digital products delivered electronically,

we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and prevent misuse. By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Non-Refundable Digital Products:

All software licenses and services sold on our website are considered non-refundable once delivered or activated. These include but are not limited to cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, Virtualizor, Imunify360, JetBackup, FleetSSL, DA Reseller, cPNginx, and CXS.

Once a license key is issued or a service is provisioned, we are unable to revoke or return it, and therefore cannot offer a refund in such cases.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only considered under limited and exceptional circumstances. If we fail to deliver the service or license within the promised timeframe, or if the purchased product is proven incompatible with your server and no working solution can be provided by our support team, a refund request may be reviewed.

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and any compatibility claim must be supported by technical details from your server.

Refund Exclusions:

We do not issue refunds for mistaken purchases, change of mind, lack of server compatibility due to client misconfiguration, or if the license has already been used, activated, or partially consumed.

Failure to read product details or system requirements before placing an order is also not a valid reason for a refund.

Additionally, any misuse or violation of license terms automatically disqualifies the order from refund eligibility.

Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard. Once canceled, the service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused time remaining after cancellation. Future payments will not be charged once the cancellation is confirmed before the renewal date.

Refund Request Process:

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the above conditions, you must contact our support team at Shojeeb1943+sharedlisense.xyz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Your request must include your order ID, email address used during purchase, and a full explanation of the issue. Our team will investigate the matter and respond within 1 to 2 business days. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and will be final.
